Versatility and Ease of Use
The Braithwaite N3 manual flat bed fusing press has been designed with versatility and ease of use very much in mind.
Its large 120cm x 50cm heated top plate makes it suitable for use in the manufacture of many different types of garments and textiles.
With a temperature range of up to 210°C, it can be used with a wide selection of modern fusible interlinings and heat transfers.
Simple push-button digital controls allow full and fine-tuned control of the fusing process. Temperature, time and pressure are easily adjusted.

Compact Continuous Production
The Unity R45B compact fusing press has been designed for users who require the conveyor roller fusing system associated with large, expensive factory machines, but in a smaller, cost-effective package.
Ideal for low-volume or intermittent production, bespoke manufacturing and sample runs.
The machine features friction-resistant top and bottom belts with a useful fusing width of up to 45cm. Its open-sided design allows wider items to pass through with excess width overhanging outside the machine.
Conveyor speed is electronically controlled, with operator dial adjustment. Temperature can be set up to 200°C and digitally monitored.
Pressure between the top and bottom rollers is dial adjustable for straightforward operation.
Rotary Strip-Off System
Helps reduce finished items sticking to the belts. An extended bottom belt also aids easier unloading.
Complete Workstation
The R45BWS includes a robust free-standing base, integrated loading table and lockable wheels.
